Orders

What are your modes of payment? 

We currently accept:

  • BPI and BDO bank deposit
  • GCASH payments
  • Cash on Delivery
Can I change my order? 
Picked the wrong iPhone model or design? Send as an email with your confirmation number and details within 4 hours after the purchase. We will gladly fix your order as long as stocks are available.

Shipping

What are your shipping methods?
Metro Manila
Standard Delivery: Gogo Xpress (₱80)
Same Day Delivery: Lalamove/Grab Express (Fee shouldered by buyer) 
Provincial
Standard Delivery: Gogo Xpress (₱140 - ₱180)

Standard Delivery: J&T Express (₱120)

When can I expect my order? 

We ship every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. For J&T Express orders, we only ship on Fridays. Once your cases are shipped, you can expect your cases to arrive after 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for Provincial areas. *please note that delivery dates may vary in certain situations

How do I track my order?

Your tracking link will be sent once your order has been shipped. You may track your parcel on courier's website. 

For Gogo Xpress orders, you will also receive your tracking details via text from Gogo Xpress.

Is same day shipping available?

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. We have same day shipping everyday from 2-4PM. Please message us on Instagram. Delivery fee via Grab Express or Lalamove will be shouldered by the buyer. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship to the Philippines, but we would love to accommodate all international orders directly through email– feel free to message us here

Return & Exchange

Return & exchange policy? 

In case of a manufacturing defect and quality concerns, we will gladly replace your case. Please send us an email here. For normal wear and tear/misuse and abuse situations, we are sorry to say that we cannot replace your case. Rest assured, we check each and every case before being shipped to ensure best quality.
